     Welcome to the theatre department's web page of Christian Brothers High School. We are a LaSallian school located in Memphis, Tennessee. The theatre department is directed by Brother Michael Livaudais, FSC. This site contains information about the two phases of the CBHS theatre program.

 CBHS Curriculum


The first link is to our 
Academics Section which deals 
with theatre curricular offerings. 

Presently CBHS students 
may elect: Acting I, 
Advanced Acting,  
 (i.e., Acting II, III, and IV), 
Theatre Appreciation/History  
and Technical Theatre courses.  

Courses are  semester classes and students on any level may elect them.

In this section you will also find a page of Academic Links which may be useful for students of theatre, history, acting, literature and film.


This second section deals with 
our co-curricular program.  

These Brothers On Stage  
pages contain information 
on the after-school part 
of our department, 
offering  interested students 
performing experience 
in three to four major 
presentations a year. 

 Students run all 
technical crews 
for our productions.  

Performances are publicized 
and open to the public.
