The following three notebook assignments are due Thursday, February 28 1. Ponder the following and write a several paragraphs on the following: Consider the following characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad. Discuss briefly how each one might have affected his role as the founder of Islam.
2. You are the leaders of the United States that is now ruled by a mythical religion. What would be different about our country if it were ruled by a religion? What would be some of the notable changes? 3. We talked about how Islam embraced science because it fit in so well with their religious perspective about the natural world. From your own perspective, how well do science and religion go together? Write about five sentences in your notebooks.
