Warren Commission Role Playing

Imagine that you are a member of the Warren Commission that conducted the investigation into the assassination of President Kennedy. You must conduct your own investigation looking a evidence, witness testimony, and other information that will help you come to your own conclusion about what happened and who was responsible. You will then meet with the full commission (your class) to discuss your findings and to try and reach a single decision that the commission will publish.

Use the links that follow to help conduct your research. You are also encouraged to find any additional useful or related links and to share them with the commission to help support your position. The following are some guidelines to help you with your investigation.

When examining a site consider how reputable and reliable it is as a source of accurate information

Examine as much factual information as possible such as the transcripts from witness accounts

Keep careful notes as you conduct your investigation so that you can use specific facts and events to support your findings

List any other links that you may have found and used to help support you conclusions
